Google review replies for dental clinics

Antidote drafts a reply to each new Google review, in your practice’s voice and without patient details. Your practice manager reads it and approves it before it goes out, or agrees a different rule with us for routine replies.

What you get

A draft reply for every new review on each connected practice profile. A warm thank-you for good reviews. For a complaint, a calm acknowledgement and a contact route that someone at the practice actually monitors.

Every draft leaves out anything that would confirm the reviewer is a patient: no appointment details, no treatment, no named dentist. That keeps the reply safe to post in public.

What your practice manager checks

Does the reply answer what the reviewer actually said? Is the contact route right for this branch? Does any sentence mention treatment, fees or another patient? If so, it comes out before you approve. If a fact is missing, send the draft back with the question rather than guessing.

What it won’t do

It doesn’t remove reviews, write reviews or argue a clinical case in public. When a review raises a clinical concern, the public reply stays short and points to a private conversation; your clinician deals with the concern itself.

Common questions

Does every reply wait for approval?

Replies follow the rule you agree with the Antidote team. If you choose to review everything, each draft waits for your approval. You can agree a different rule for routine replies, and change it later.

Can each branch have its own replies?

Yes. Each connected Google Business Profile gets drafts for its own reviews, with that branch’s contact route.

What happens with a review that mentions treatment?

The draft acknowledges the experience without discussing care, and offers a private route. The clinical follow-up happens outside the review.
